Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
An item damaged in transit or found to be unsatisfactory for another reason will be replaced, and the purchaser’s postage costs reimbursed, provided that the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If it is not possible to replace an item a full refund will be made.
An order may be cancelled by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of it being made through the marineartists.co.uk website.
Delivery Policy
We aim to ship items within 3-5 days; you will be notified if there will be any delay. Some items require longer - please allow up to 21 days for framed pictures, models and remarque prints.
